6. Use of our Room Visualizer tool

To help you envision our flooring in your home, we provide an interactive Room Visualizer tool on our website. If you choose to use this tool, here is how we handle your data:

What data we collect and why: When you use the visualizer, you may choose to upload photographs of your rooms and provide your email address. We collect this data specifically to generate the digital visualization, send you a link to save and resume your session, and to provide you with additional information such as a quote.

Third-party processing: The visualizer is powered by a specialized third-party software provider who acts as our Data Processor. They process your images and email address strictly on our behalf and under our written instructions. They do not use your images for their own marketing, nor do they use your uploaded images to train Artificial Intelligence (AI) models.

Data security and retention: To protect your privacy, all hidden location data (EXIF metadata) is automatically stripped from your photographs the moment they are uploaded. Your images and email address are stored securely for a period of 365 days to allow you time to review your design and quote. After this period, your images and associated data are automatically and permanently deleted from our systems and our processor’s servers.

Your right to deletion: You have the right to request the immediate deletion of your visualizer data at any time. You can do this instantly by clicking the “Delete my design” link found at the bottom of your saved session email, or by contacting us directly at info@wishcoatings.com.

7. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated "Effective Date." We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
