Metallic epoxy adds reflective metallic pigments that shift and pool as the resin is spread, rolled and torched — producing a lustrous, layered look with real visual depth. The result reads like polished marble or liquid metal underfoot, while performing like a professional floor coating: sealed, easy to clean, and resistant to stains and abrasion.
How we build a metallic floor
Every metallic floor is a layered system, prepped and sealed the same professional way as our garage floors:
- Diamond grinding & prep — we mechanically open the concrete so the coating fuses into the slab instead of sitting on top.
- Pigmented epoxy base — a solid base colour that sets the mood of the metallic effect above it.
- Metallic media coat — reflective pigments in clear epoxy, worked by hand to create your custom pattern.
- UV-stable polyaspartic top coat — locks in the design and gloss, resists scuffs and chemicals, and stands up to daily use.

For very high-traffic garages some homeowners still prefer a full-flake finish for extra traction, and we will advise you honestly for your space.
Is every metallic floor unique?
Yes. The metallic pigments are worked by hand while the resin is wet, so the marbling and movement are created live on your slab. No two metallic floors are ever identical.
Can you match a colour or design I have in mind?

How long does a metallic floor take to install?
